We are a innovative company constantly looking to improve our systems and processes. We have invested heavily in IT and have a comprehensive system.

Each project has its own project database.

The project databases:-
    • Enable us to share information quickly and efficiently with our customers.
    • Manages Risks and Issues to resolution.
    • Customers who opt for our Green Service will be able to track Carbon and VOX usage
    • Allow customers to check on progress, raise issues and raise new orders.
    • Embed best practice in to our standard processes.
    • Are based on the PRINCE II project management methodology.
    • Can be customised to customer requirements.


Each project deliverable is divided in to it's constituent tasks and these are assigned to operatives. The operatives pick up their tasks on their mobile phones. Tasks are marked as complete on the phones and information transferred to the central database.

We utilise the latest VOIP telephone exchanges where faxes and voice mail are integrated with our e-mail system to ensure information always gets to our mobile and office based employees. The exchange is programmed to handle any out of hours services offered to our clients.
